Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Valarita. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• Do not sell, transfer, impersonate, or create accounts to evade enforcement.
• Tell us promptly at support@valarita.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Valarita helps people discover nearby activities, recurring local happenings, venues, and community information. Listings may be submitted by users, created from publicly available venue information, or assisted by automated systems.

Event times, availability, prices, promotions, venue policies, and other details can change without notice. Before traveling, purchasing, or relying on a listing, use the listed public source or contact the venue when confirmation matters.

Valarita does not own, operate, endorse, or control third-party venues merely because they appear in Local Buzz. Your dealings with a venue, event organizer, website, or other third party are between you and that third party. Valarita is not responsible for their products, services, safety practices, cancellations, pricing, availability, policies, or website content.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Valarita a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, improve, and promote Valarita. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems except for copies we are legally required or reasonably permitted to retain.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your content does not violate law, these Terms, or another person’s rights.

You may not use Valarita for harassment, threats, hate, scams, illegal activity, spam, impersonation, deceptive listings, infringement, unauthorized scraping, malicious software, attempts to bypass security or moderation, or activity that interferes with the service or other users.

Valarita may review, correct, limit, remove, or decline content and may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, address abuse, or maintain service integrity. Automated systems may assist moderation and quality review.

Valarita’s software, design, branding, logos, interface, and original content are owned by Valarita or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of Valarita intellectual property. Third-party venue names, marks, photos, and source materials remain the property of their respective owners.

We work to keep Valarita useful, available, and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or that every listing, image, source, notification, or feature will always be available, complete, current, or error-free. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops.

If a future feature requires additional terms, permissions, or privacy disclosures, those will be presented or published before or when that feature is made available as appropriate.

You may permanently delete your account through the in-app Account page. If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion through /delete-account or by contacting support@valarita.com. Account deletion is subject only to limited retention permitted or required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, dispute-resolution, or enforcement purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary under these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute-related provisions, continue to apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valarita is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that listings or third-party information will be accurate, complete, available, safe, or suitable for your needs. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valarita and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from third-party venues, third-party websites, other users, unavailable services, or information that changes outside our control. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Valarita and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, or your material violation of these Terms or another person’s rights. This provision does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

If you have a problem with Valarita, contact support@valarita.com first so we have an opportunity to address it. These Terms do not waive any non-waivable rights or remedies you have under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the agreement between you and Valarita concerning the service unless supplemental terms expressly apply to a particular feature.

We may update these Terms as Valarita evolves. The effective date on this page identifies the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we may provide additional notice in the app or by another reasonable method where appropriate.
